He is a Certified Hotel Administrator which was acquired from the American Hotel & Motel Association (CHA) and is also a certified PSMB Trainer which is approved by the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. He brings with him more than 35 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with several luxury brands within the Food & Beverage Division and Overall Operations Management as General Manager.
